Add favicon configuration to Ory Account Experience

Users can now configure the favicon used in the account experience as part of the theme. You are able to configure the favicon in the Ory Network Console under "Account Experience" > "Theming".

This feature allows you to align your login pages with your application's branding by using the same favicon.
