Client-Side PKCE Support for OIDC Flows in Ory Identities

Ory Identities now supports the Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) extension in OpenID Connect (OIDC) / OAuth 2.0 social sign-in flows.
No manual action is required for providers that support PKCE; Ory Identities automatically configures itself.
For generic OIDC providers, specify the Issuer URL in the configuration as usual, and Ory will handle the rest.
