Configurable token prefix for OAuth2 tokens in Ory Hydra OEL

Ory Hydra OEL now supports customizing the token prefix for OAuth2 access tokens, refresh tokens, and authorization codes.

Using the oauth2.token_prefix key, Ory Enterprise License customers can define a custom prefix, such as acme_token_%s_, where %s represents the token type.
