Fixes for Code MFA and listMySessions

Going forward the code Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method also works if the associated address - such as phone or email - is configured as optional for the identity.
Addressed an issue where the listMySessions endpoint did not filter sessions according to the required_aal setting. The listMySessions endpoint now correctly adheres to the specified required_aal parameter.
This is now available in Ory Network and will be included in the next Ory Open Source release.
