Improved Recovery for B2B SSO Organizations

Users who create accounts with a personal password and later join a B2B organization managed by Single Sign-On (SSO) can now recover their accounts, even if their email domain is managed by the B2B SSO org. This ensures recovery support for users without a B2B SSO credential already linked to their identity.
Previously, if a user created an account with a personal password and then their domain became managed by a B2B SSO organization, they were unable to recover their account after forgetting their password. This issue has been resolved. Users in this situation can now proceed with account recovery as expected.
