More control and extensibility for settings and login flows

We've introduced fine-grained hook configurations to enhance the post-settings flow for authentication methods like totp, webauthn, lookup_secret, and post-login flow for totp, lookup_secret, and code.

With this change, it is now also possible to revoke all active sessions (except the current one) when changing an auth method (password, totp, ...) in the settings flow.

This can be used for example to revoke sessions when the users password is changed through a settings flow.
