Offline scope support for Google social login

"Sign in with Google" is a popular login option, both in consumer-facing scenarios as well as for B2B systems that let users authenticate with their Google Workspace account. Ory now supports the "offline" scope in the social sign-in provider, so that apps can access the Google profile data even when the user isn't currently present in a web browser.
