Ory Identities improvements and bugfixes

Coinciding with our release of Ory Kratos 1.0, we shipped a number of improvements - as always these are already live for all Ory Network customers.

• Ory now returns HTTP 400 instead of 500 for bad query parameters

• Identity list pagination now includes the last page and sessions are being sorted by creation date

• Uppercase email addresses are normalized properly

• Many smaller bugfixes and improvements.

• OIDC login requests are now accepted when using browser+JSON login flows
